Unlike being in the 160lbs range, I haven’t felt the need to rush out of the 150lbs range. I have really taken my time. I took two weeks off from fasting and even ate some down right unhealthy food. But after 20 weeks I have begun to realise that I have managed to completely overhaul my eating habits, even after taking two weeks away from my “diet”, I still found myself not over eating, only wanting to eat good, wholesome foods, at appropriate times.
I didn’t weigh myself over this time either and when I did begin to weigh myself again I had still lost weight. This has helped me to realise that this is not a “diet” but a complete change in attitude to food and my eating habits.
Now at 153lbs, hopefully 152lbs tomorrow, I am beginning to get excited about breaking into the 140lbs range, I am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel in terms of weight loss goals and I genuinely hope that I will start to see positive changes to my body soon.
