Yesterday I was diagnosed with health anxiety. I find it hard to believe that the reason I am sick is because I think I am sick but this is something I am dealing with. Until now I have been completely oblivious to the physical symptoms of anxiety and never believed myself to be an anxious person.
I believe that my issues with food, that I overcome over a year ago, have had a long term effect on my psyche and lead to this diagnosis. I just want you all to know that there is an easier way.
